Engku empu kes udah selesai laban IC anak aku udah datai ensana, alu beri ku ngagai sidak. Tang bala bukainya agi ngadu ke nyak meh sidak diatu, sementara ngisi borang mirahnya, bala anak sidak bedau ulih nurun sekul. Undang2 baru ko sidak ya, enti nadai IC, enda ulih nurun sekul. Aku bisi betemu ngau Asst Datuk Tiong, ianya En. Zaidi sarinya pasal kes tu. Ia madah, arahan tu datai ari Ministry of Education, laban diatu Minister of Education ke baru, nya alai lain agi polisi. Pedis pala enti bakatu. Nya meh reti 1Malaysia, mcm2 policy ngemedis ke rakyat. Nya meh kaban, tusah ka madah. She did not have IC at the time when he was born. She only got it much later. I wrote in to Biro Pengaduan Awam. FYI, it is in the NRD client charter that all problem applications (cases such as ours) but paperwork all in order, must be resolved within 6 months. On this basis I complained. A few letters and phone calls later, I picked up his IC last week, 1 year after the date of application. They have standard reply. Must know which button to push. Hope this info helps you along.
